Jacob Albrechtsen (born March 10, 1990 in Smørum, Denmark) is a Danish football defender, who currently is unattached. He most recently played for F.C. Copenhagen.
He was promoted to the first team at training start in the summer 2008, together with Danni Jensen.[1] Although, both of them joined the first team at a training camp at La Manga in January 2008.[2]
He is the younger brother of FCM defender Martin Albrechtsen.
Albrechtsen's first team debut came at 2008-07-31 in a UEFA Cup qualifier against Cliftonville from Northern Ireland. He played the last 19 minutes in the defense after having substituted Oscar Wendt.[3]
